Donations are the foundation of the 100 Club of Chicago. When they are properly planned, charitable donations can also provide donors with tax and financial benefits and the personal satisfaction of supporting an important cause.

Outright gifts

Outright gifts are contributions that are transferred immediately from the donor to the 100 Club of Chicago and include:

• Securities
• Tangible Personal Property
• Residences and Real Estate

Deferred gifts

Deferred gifts are received at a time designated by the donor, usually after the donor’s death and include:

• Wills, Bequests, Codicils
• Life Insurance

Memorial or honorary gifts

Making a gift in celebration of a friend or family member’s special occasion or in honor of a loved one’s memory is a thoughtful way of paying tribute and supporting the 100 Club of Chicago.
